Telangana issue: BJP refutes charges

`Congress lacks sincerity to implement Second SRC'

HYDERABAD: Former BJP president M. Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday refuted Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's claim that the BJP had changed its stand on Telangana and the Second SRC after losing power at the Centre. Though the party had favoured Telangana, it was not part of the National Democratic Alliance's manifesto, he said.
