Hunt on for driver

HYDERABAD: A massive hunt is on for the car driver who damaged two boom barricades in front of former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's residence at Jubilee Hills breaching the security zone two days ago.

West Zone DCP Amit Garg on Thursday said a case of endangering life of others and rash driving at public places under Sections 336 and 279 of the IPC was booked against the unidentified driver. None of the police and security personnel on duty could note down the white Indica car's number, he said.

However, he made it clear that it was a travel agency car since it had a yellow number plate.
