UTI Bank subsidiary opens

HYDERABAD: The city branch office of UBL Sales Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UTI Bank, was inaugurated by Chairman and Executive Director of the bank S. Chatterjee here on Thursday.

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Chatterjee said UBL was set up to market asset products such as retail loans and credit cards. He said UTI had 415 branches in the country and planned to add 100 branches every year. Sanjay Silas, Managing Director of UBL, said 12 offices would be opened by October 15.
