CHENNAI: Special classes will be held for all scheduled tribe students studying in classes nine to twelve in Government Tribal hostels throughout the State, as per a government order issued recently. While special classes for mathematics and English for standards nine and ten will be held from Monday to Friday, classes will also be held in English, physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology for students in Plus- One and Plus- Two.

A sum of Rs. 26,35,000 has been allotted towards payment of teacher fees.
