Belgaum: Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy has asked the police to respect human rights. He was speaking at a function organised to inaugurate the "Police Bhavan" here on Friday. Deputy Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa, Home Minister M.P. Prakash, district in-charge Minister Shashikant A. Naik, Suresh Angadi, MP, DGP B.S. Sial, IGP Northern Range T.G. Doreswamy Nayak, Superintendent of Police Hemant Nimbalkar and Ramesh Kudachi, MLA, were present. Mr. Kumaraswamy stressed the need to improve police-people relationship.
