Point-Blank

In view of the Government's decision to allow the schools, which were asked to close down for not following Kannada as medium of instruction, to continue till the end of the academic year, the responses for this week's topic in Point-Blank became irrelevant and hence could not be carried.

NEXT WEEK: The incidents of "developers" trying to grab forest land or government land with the use of fabricated documents, leads to the larger question of whether the lateral growth of the city should be regulated.

This clashes with the concept of Greater Bangalore. Can the interests of the citizens and the environmental concerns become more compatible?
