BVB college signs MoU with Neilsoft

HUBLI: With the objective of initiating industry-academia participation to develop engineering talent pool suitable to service international clients, Neilsoft, an engineering services and technology solutions company, has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the BVB College of Engineering and Technology.

The MoU was signed under the "Headstart programme for engineering schools" here on Friday.

Prashanth Chunduri, head (HR), Neilsoft, said, "We started our operations in Hubli in May. Through this initiative, we plan to nurture the talent pool to serve international engineering clients. This will also help strengthen our association with Hubli further."

Ashok Shettar, principal of the college, said, the programme was based on the concepts of blended learning. It would lead to exchange of ideas and technology between the faculty and students, and the industry.
