Vijayawada: A variety of educational CDs for different age groups are on display at the CD exhibition organised by New Students Book Centre, Eluru Road, which opened on Saturday. The exhibition will continue till October 10. A discount of 10 per cent will be offered on every CD purchased at the exhibition, while a special discount of up to 50 per cent will be offered on select CDs, according to New Students Book Centre proprietor B. Babjee. Some 3,000 CDs are being displayed in the exhibition. Station director of All India Radio, Vijayawada, M. Aditya Prasad, who inaugurated the exhibition, observed that CDs had become extremely useful to students in an increasingly competitive world. Writer Vedagiri Rambabu, lecturer in SRR College S. Krishna and others spoke.
