Two houses burgled in city

BANGALORE:
Two houses were burgled in different incidents in the city on Friday.
Cash and gold ornaments, all worth about Rs. 25,000, were stolen from a house on Coles Road, 12th Cross. Fatima Khan, staying on the second floor, had gone to her relatives place at Shivaji Nagar on Friday afternoon. When she returned in the night, she found that the cash and the gold ornaments were missing. Ornaments worth Rs. 10,000 were stolen from the house of Subbaraya at Punyavathi Layout in Ramamurthy Nagar police station limits. Subbaraya and his family had gone to Tirupati on September 27 and when they returned on Friday they found that the house had been burgled, the police said.
