Sehwag's fitness to be assessed today

Chennai: Virender Sehwag's fitness will be assessed on the morning of the Challenger Series final on Wednesday. The India Blue batsman strained his ankle during the game against India Red on Sunday.

India Blue coach Ian Fraser said, ``He has not been ruled out. In fact, I expect him to go out there and get a few runs.''

Fitness trainer Gregory King expressed optimism. Sehwag is being treated by physio John Gloster. — Special Correspondent
