IETE honours Sunil Mittal

NEW DELHI: The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) has conferred its highest honour, "The Honorary Fellowship," on Sunil Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director, Bharti Airtel Ltd., for his "scientific vision and invaluable contribution to the progress of electronics and telecommunications". The honour is accorded to people of eminence who are achievers in the filed of electronics, telecommunication and information technology or have made valuable contribution in the aforesaid fields for the betterment of the society.
