Moser Baer lists in Blu-ray disc specifications

NEW DELHI: In a major development, Moser Baer's in-house developed and patented technology has been considered one of the four standard media to be included in the Blu-ray disc specifications by the Blu-ray Disc Association. This was announced at a meeting held in California recently. The second largest optical media manufacturer in the world is now among a select few like Mitsubishi Kagaku Media Co. Ltd., Fuji Photo Film Co. Ltd., and Taiyo Yuden of Japan to have its technology approved by the prestigious Blu-ray Disc Association.
