Bid to redress grievances

NEW DELHI: North Delhi Power Limited (NDPL) on Wednesday announced the launch of a personal hearing forum initiative for its consumers to provide spot solutions at their doorstep. The forum will be open to all consumers who feel that their complaints are pending or wish to discuss the response further.

The forum will start functioning from October 9 to December 8 visiting different areas, details of which are being sent to the consumers. The schedule of personal hearings would be arranged to facilitate on spot resolution of complaints. The forms for attending the hearings are available at NDPL's Consumer Care Centres and can be downloaded from its website.
