Dell's Gurgaon centre set for expansion

NEW DELHI: Dell's fourth customer contact centre at Gurgaon is set for rapid expansion and will soon take the strength of its employees to 2,500. Dell has customer contact centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon and Mohali that are part of a 50-site global customer contact network. Operations at its Gurgaon centre began in June this year. A permanent facility is under construction and operations will shift to this facility once it is completed.
