Two children die of snake-bite

BIJAPUR: A five-year-old girl and her 18-month-old brother died after they were bitten by a poisonous snake at Nalvatwad in Muddebihal taluk early on Wednesday. The victims were identified as Anisa and Abdul Azim, children of Allabaksh Rajesab Dhavalagi, an employee of Northwest Karnataka Road Transport Corporation. The tragedy occurred when they were asleep. It is said there was no power supply at the time of the incident.
