KARIMNAGAR: Superintendent of Police D. S. Chauhan distributed health cards to Chenchu tribes of Kalwa Srirampur mandal for their complete free medical treatment in various hospitals of Karimnagar town. At a function in the Kalwa Srirampur mandal, the SP handed over the health cards to the 14 Chenchu families, who have been rehabilitated by the district police by constructing pucca houses, providing basic amenities such as drinking water, roads, lighting and education to their children. The health card would benefit all the 52 members of 14 Chenchu families. The tribals could avail free medical treatment, tests and medicines free of cost in Chalimeda Ananda Rao, Prathima Hospital and Yashoda Hospitals in Karimnagar town.
