KARIMNAGAR: Former legislator Juvvadi Chandrashekhar Rao has alleged that TRS president K. Chandrashekhar Rao has been making a mockery of democracy by resigning to his MP post and seeking referendum on the Telangana statehood issue. Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, he said that the referendum in this byelection would be held on his performance as the Union Minister in general and MP of Karimnagar parliament constituency in particular. He alleged that Mr. Rao had never visited his constituency during his tenure as MP nor initiated any development works. -----
