Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: City-based Naandi Foundation has been short-listed for the Alcan Prize for Sustainability-2006 from over 200 applicants from 55 countries.

Naandi is among four NGOs from India which have been short-listed for the prize that was created by Alcan Inc. in 2004 to recognise contributions of economic, environmental and social sustainability by non-profit, non-governmental and civil society organisations.

The UK-based Prince of Wales International Business Leaders' Forum manages the prize.
