CHENNAI: Rainfall occurred at many places over Kerala and at a few places over south interior Karnataka and Lakshadweep. Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu, coastal Andhra Pradesh, coastal and north interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over Rayalaseema and Telangana.

A number of stations recorded the highest maximum temperature of 37 degree Celsius in the region. Belgaum Airport recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 19 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.

Forecast (valid until Thursday morning): Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places over Kerala. Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Lakshadweep.

Farmers weather bulletin for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry: (Valid until Thursday morning): Isolated light to moderate rain is likely to occur over Tamil Nadu and in Puducherry.
