HSBC sells stake in IDFC

MUMBAI: HSBC Global Investment on Tuesday offloaded more than half of its holding in Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) with the sale of over 1.71 crore shares for about Rs. 123 crore.

DCB IPO price fixed at Rs. 26 MUMBAI: Development Credit Bank (DCB) has fixed a price of Rs. 26 per share for its initial public offer of 71.5 million equity shares, amounting to Rs. 186 crore.
