JAIPUR: Grammy Award winner and Mohan Veena exponent Vishwa Mohan Bhatt will perform for the benefit of children of the deprived communities here in the Pink City on Thursday. The proceeds of his concert at the Birla Auditorium would go to the Bodh Shiksha Samiti, which has taken up the "Janbodh programme" to educate about one lakh children of 324 slums in the city. "Despite tremendous development all around, a large section of society continues to be deprived of facilities for even basic education. This is a pertinent issue which needs to be addressed by each one of us," Pandit Bhatt said in a statement on the eve of the concert. "I appeal to all concerned citizens to come forward and extend support n."
