SEBI penalty on Varsh Trivedi

MUMBAI: The Adjudicating Officer of the Securities and Exchange Board of India has imposed a penalty of Rs. 1 crore on Varsh Trivedi in the matter of investigations into Vision Organic's IPO and subsequent trading in the scrips of the company.
