Mass disconnection drive from today

Bangalore: Electricity users of areas coming under the jurisdiction of S1, S2, S5, S6, S9 and W3 subdivisions are requested to pay their outstanding electricity bill arrears before October 15, failing which power supply will be disconnected.

Bangalore Electricity Supply Company will launch a disconnection drive from October 12 to 19 for installations having arrears in LT-2 tariff. The areas to be covered are Goripalya, Ranganath Colony, Venkataswamy Garden, J.J.R. Nagar, Padarayanapura, Old Guddadahalli, New Guddadahalli, Vinayakanagar, Devraj Urs Nagar, Pipe Line, Shamanna Garden, Mominpura, Janatha Colony, Jolly Mohalla, Nalbandawadi, Police Road, Ranasinghpet, Cottonpet, Cheluvadipalya, Siddarthanagar, Old Pension Mohalla, Bhangi Colony, and Anjanappa Garden. The drive will continue from October 16 to 19 in S1, S2, S5, S6, and S9 subdivisions.
