Claris Lifesciences' plans

CHENNAI:
The Ahmedabad-based Claris Lifesciences, a manufacturer of life saving products for treating critical illnesses, has broadened its line of business by foraying into the niche segments of biotech products and also introduced high-end range of cardiac and oncology products. The major focus areas for the company's further expansions will be on the U.S. EU, Australia, Canada and China, according to a release.
At present, Claris has presence in over 67 countries through its own subsidiaries and a network of over 1,000 international distributors.
The company has significant operations in Latin America, Southeast Asia, African countries and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
To strengthen its domestic presence, the company is planning to set up 15 new offices.
