MLC's charges to be looked at separately

  • Field-level investigation required, says commission
  • Asks Government for police team to conduct inquiry

    BANGALORE: The U.L. Bhat Commission of Inquiry will look into the allegations made by G. Janardhan Reddy, MLC, against Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy as a separate issue from irregularities in the mining sector in the State.

    The commission, which was set up to investigate irregularities in mining activities in the State and the affairs of Government-run Mysore Minerals Ltd., took this decision on October 7.
