Besides three visually impaired students and one visually impaired teacher, the team included two hearing impaired students and one sighted teacher, who is also their guide. The tandem cycle tour was flagged off from Patiala on October 5 and it reached Rajghat on Tuesday. The concept behind building the team was to make it known that the hearing impaired can see and the visually impaired pedalling behind them can hear and together they can overcome their individual impairment.
