CHENNAI: Southwest monsoon has withdrawn from parts of Telangana and some parts of north interior Karnataka.

Rainfall occurred at a few places over Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Isolated rainfall occurred over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Lakshadweep. Dry weather prevailed over Rayalaseema and Karnataka.

Forecast (valid until Sunday morning): Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and Karnataka. Mainly dry weather will prevail over Telangana.
