`Sangh Parivar group behind violence'

Staff Correspondent

MANGALORE: The national general secretary of Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) Tapas Sinha has accused a Sangh Pariwar group of fomenting communal violence in Mangalore and its surrounding areas last week.

Addressing presspersons here on Friday he accused "BJP-guided organisations" responsible for communal disturbance in the country.

Mr. Sinha said that communal harmony was the need of the hour. The DYFI was organising rallies and other programmes in different parts of the country to create awareness among people to maintain communal harmony.
