No comment: Bannerjee

Chennai: Justice (retd) U.C. Bannerjee, who probed certain aspects of the Godhra train carnage, declined to comment on the Gujarat High Court setting aside a notification, appointing him enquiry commissioner to go into it. He told reporters at the airport here on Friday that it was the Centre which appointed him and that he submitted his report. "It is for the Gujarat Government to take action on my report," he said. — PTI
