Rain likely in South Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI: Rainfall occurred at a few places over Lakshadweep. Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu, Kerala, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and coastal Karnataka. The chief amounts of rainfall recorded in centimetres are: Mudukulathur (Ramanathapuram dt) 4, Dindigul and Dharmasthala (Dakshina Kannada dt) 3 each.

Forecast (valid until Monday morning): Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places over south Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over north Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and Karnataka. Mainly dry weather will prevail over Telangana.
