GUNTUR : Five students of RVR&JC Engineering College got selected in the campus recruitment of Cummins Research and Technological Institute (CTRI), which concluded on Saturday. The college principal P.S. Sankara Rao in a release said 48 students from various engineering colleges attended the campus interviews and only six were selected. "It is a great honour as five of the six selected were from our institution," the principal observed. The five students selected were Akash, Padmaja, Punyavathi, Deepthi, and Lakshmi Annapurna of Mechanical Engineering Department and all of them had been offered a pay packet of Rs.3 lakh per annum in addition to perks. The managing secretary Maddineni Gopalakrishna congratulated the students for their achievement.
