Jammu: Two youth were arrested on charge of kidnapping a girl, who was recovered by a local police team during a raid at a house in Patiala area of Punjab, officials said. The girl was kidnapped by the accused from Rajpura Mangotrian area of Jammu city on October 6, they said. -- PTI
