Telugu film songs competition

VISAKHAPATNAM: The Kosana Cultural Academy will conduct a Telugu film songs contest at district level at Prema Samajam auditorium in the city on October 29 for juniors (between 10 and 15 years) and seniors (above 15 years).

The competitions will start at 9 a.m. for male participants and 2 p.m. for females. For further details contact academy secretary at: 98851-26844.

Chikungunya camp

The Umar Alisha Rural Development Trust (UARDT), Pithapuram, organized a one day free homeopathic camp in the city on Sunday in association with Ex-servicemen cooperative house building society (ESCHBS) and gave free treatment to people affected with chikungunya and other fevers. Dayal City Cable MD Tippala Ramana Reddy inaugurated the camp.

UARDT coordinator D.V. Satyanarayana, ESCHBS president Kavalla Appa Rao and Dr. Ananda Kumar Pingali participated.
