Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has vowed that his country would win a seat on the U.N. Security Council, but accused Washington of waging ``a dirty war'' against Venezuela in a last ditch effort to prevent it from defeating U.S.-backed Guatemala. ``Go forth with the bayonet!
