Shruthi rewrites triple jump record

Mysore: P.S. Shruthi, a second year B. Com student of Marimallappa's College, set a new meet record in triple jump with a leap of 10.82m on the second day of the 78th Mysore University inter-collegiate athletics meet at the University Oval grounds here on Tuesday.

Shruthi annexed the 200m gold with a timing of 26.52s. She had also won the 100m event on the first day.
