Karachi: Pakistan skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq, currently serving a four-match ban from the game, said that the dope fiasco was bound to affect Pakistan's prospects in the Champions Trophy tournament in India. Inzamam said the positive tests of key bowlers Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Asif would put added pressure on other members of team to perform and come good in the high-profile one-day cricket tournament. ``Of course, the situation is not good for Pakistan and it will definitely have an impact on the team's performance in the ICC Champions Trophy,'' Inzamam was quoted as saying by the Dawn. ``It will put tremendous pressure on the remaining players who would have to make extra efforts for overcoming the opposition,'' the player added. Inzamam, however, said the Pakistan Cricket Board had taken the right decision by calling back the two players from India promptly because ``if the ICC had caught them for the offence, the punishment would have been more severe.''
