Clarification

In the issue dated October 15, it was erroneously reported that the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad would be accepting applications for the posts of Mandal Revenue Officers, Mandal Parishad Development Officers and Mandal Education Officers for Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Mahabubnagar districts.

It should have read the Election Commission authorising the Mandal Revenue Officers, Mandal Parishad Development officers and Mandal Education officers of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Mahabubnagar districts as designated officers for receiving applications in respect of Hyderabad graduates and teachers' constituencies.
