Three injured in group clash

Row over compound wall at graveyard

HYDERABAD: Argument over the construction of a compound wall at the Puranapul graveyard left three persons injured when their opponents attacked them with iron rods and swords here on Tuesday night.

Mild tension prevailed with large number of people gathering at the spot.

According to the Mangalhat police, one Vinay and his younger brother raised objection over installation of a gate along the graveyard compound wall.

Three locals Basheer, Sayeed and Ayoob made light of their objection stating the wall was being constructed by the municipal authorities.

Heated argument

After exchanging heated argument, Vinay and his brother attacked the three persons resulting in bleeding injuries to them.

Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen leader and Hyderabad Lok Sabha member Asaduddin Owaisi visited the spot.
