Biocon `s Q2 net edges up

BANGALORE: The net profit of Biocon during the second quarter (July-September) of 2006-07 rose marginally to Rs. 45.34 crore from Rs. 43.54 crore a year earlier.

During the second quarter, the company earned revenues of Rs. 249 crore against Rs. 200.56 crore in the corresponding period in the previous year.
