NEW DELHI: Sachin Tyagi's all-round effort (48 and five for 17) helped M. M. Public School beat Ludlow Castle School by 74 runs in the Parle Cup (under-17) cricket tournament here on Wednesday.
The scores: M.M. Public School 170 for seven in 30 overs (Sachin Tyagi 48, Piyush Sethi 47, Joon Paharia 36, Rahul Kumar three for 27) beat Ludlow Castle School 96 in 21.5 overs (Archit Tyagi 38, Sachin Tyagi five for 17).
Vidya Jain School 146 for seven in 30 overs (Sachin Dhiman 51, Deepak Nagar 35, Lakshay Mohan three for 35) beat Sardar Patel Vidyalaya 137 for seven in 30 overs (Abhishek Narang 47, Shubhankar Sharda 32, Bharat Veer three for 16, Ketan Gopal three for 28).
