`Celebrate Diwali, but don't shock stray animals'

NEW DELHI: Circle of Animal Lovers (CAL), an animal welfare organisation, has taken to the streets of the Capital to try and educate people how not to shock stray animals while celebrating Diwali. Beginning Wednesday, CAL volunteers would be stationed at New Janpath Market, Music Shop (Khan Market), Priya's (near Priya Cinema Hall) and the PVR Complex in Saket till Friday. While on Wednesday they started their campaign at 2 p.m. from New Janpath Market, on Thursday they will begin from the same place at 3 p.m. On Friday, they will again take to educating people from New Janpath Market at 1 p.m.
