"Ban high sound crackers"

NEW DELHI: The ASSOCHAM Expert Committee on Environment Chairman Shekhar Borker has called for a ban on use of high sound emitting firecrackers during Diwali.

Welcoming the drive against unauthorised sale of firecrackers , Mr. Borker emphasised the need to create general awareness about the harmful effects of crackers.
