Quintegra announces employee stock option

CHENNAI: The Chennai based Quintegra Solutions, a global IT services and consulting company, has announced stock option scheme for its employees. The directors have granted options aggregating 5.13 lakh equity shares at an exercise price of Rs. 80 per share, according to a release.
