Ramadoss' advice to partymen

CHENNAI: It is for all the constituents of the Democratic Progressive Alliance to retain victory scored in the local body elections, Pattali Makkal Katchi founder S. Ramadoss said on Friday.

In a statement, he said his party was well aware of the requirements. He advised his party members who were elected to the local bodies to support candidates fielded by other constituents of the Alliance for the posts of Mayors and presidents of the local bodies, which had been allotted to the latter as per the understanding.

Likewise, other constituents should support the PMK's nominees.
