When Mr. Chebbi sent a constable Anand Prakash, who was accompanying him, to the pub to find out what was happening, Adam assaulted him too. They have also booked a case against the pub under the Karnataka Police Act. The police later produced Adam before the magistrate and he was remanded in judicial custody till Saturday evening, Mr. Chebbi said.
