Puducherry: Agricultural Technologists called off their 12-day indefinite strike on Sunday following assurances given to the delegates of their association on Saturday that their demands would be considered favourably. A release from its secretary D. Mouruga said that Chief Minister N. Rangasamy and Agriculture Minister V. Vaithilingam had given them the assurance. Mr. Mouruga said that the association expressed regrets for inconvenience.
