Puducherry: Health Minister E. Valsaraj left for Australia on Sunday to participate in the international executive meeting on "Public Administration and Reforms". An official release said Mr. Valsaraj would participate in the deliberations. It would be held in phases in Australia and New Zealand for nine days from October 23.
