HYDERABAD: World Agricultural Forum, a premier international organisation, has invited Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy to participate in the World Agriculture Congress being held at St. Louis, United States, from May 8 to 10.

The event, involving participation of Agricultural Ministers and senior officials from 60 developing countries, would feature deliberations on various aspects facing the agriculture sector. Forum chairman and former New Zealand Prime Minister James B. Bolger sent an invitation to the Chief Minister.

According to an official press release, Dr. Reddy is the only Government leader to be invited to participate in the Congress held once in four years.
