KANCHEEPURAM : Collector Pradeep Yadav has warned of stern action against officials colluding with persons of dubious character to swindle government lands.

Referring to the suspension of six employees of the Revenue Divisional Office here recently, Mr. Yadav, in a release, said some officials created false records about poromboke land and helped Nagaraj of Pallavaram in disposing of the lands

Nagaraj and his wife, Papa, were arrested recently and false documents on poromboke lands at Thailavaram, Varadarajapuram, etc. were seized , he said. Nagaraj and Papa were remanded to 15 days' judicial custody.
