Traffic curbs tomorrow for Ramzan

HYDERABAD: On the occasion of Ramzan prayers, the city police have imposed traffic restrictions at Hyderabad and Secunderabad Idgah on October 24. All vehicular traffic towards Idgah Mir Alam Tank will be allowed via old bridge and Bahadurpura police station from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and no vehicle will be allowed in the reverse direction. Cycle rickshaws and cycles will not be allowed to Idgah from Idgah crossroads. Vehicular traffic from Shivarampally and NPA towards Bahadurpura will be diverted at Danamma Huts T-Junction towards Engine Bowli till the congregation disperses.

The traffic from Madina, Puranapul towards Mahbubnagar and Kurnool will be diverted at Bahadurpura Junction towards Kishanbagh and Attapur. Immediately after Idgah prayers, all fast moving vehicles will be diverted via Tadbun road, Boys Town School, Shamsheergunj and Aliabad road, Engine Bowli, Charminar and further. At Secunderabad Idgah, all motor vehicles will go straight from Idgah crossroads via Balamrai to the Idgah from Balamrai road T-Junction.
